How this event will run: This event is optional and tickets are not required. You can arrive and leave at any point during the event. There will be free fish and chips and the event will encourage meeting and socialising with other students living in Carlton Hill.
Mandatory Carlton Hill Welcome Talk & Welcome BBQ
Wednesday 24th September 6pm - 8.30pm
Conference Auditorium 1
Mandatory welcome talk followed by free BBQ. Tickets to the BBQ will be handed out at the Mandatory Welcome Talk.
There is a wheelchair accessible lift to enter Conference Auditorium 1. The porter on site will be able to assist with the lift if required. Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor to the left as you enter.
How this event will run: This talk from your Residence Life Warden involves a presentation for approximately an hour which explains important information about living in residences, support and opportunities. After this talk there will be a BBQ at Carlton Hill and this will encourage socialising, chatting and meeting other people from your building. The talk is mandatory for all residents. Tickets to the BBQ will be handed out at the Mandatory Welcome Talk.
