Pizza and Boardgame Night
Thursday 18th September 6pm - 8pm

Join in for a relaxed evening of boardgames and meeting people from your residence.
Montague Burton Common Room is wheelchair accessible.
How this event will run: This event is optional and students can arrive any time between 6pm and 8pm. You can leave the event at any point. Residence Life Assistants will be there to meet students.

Montague Burton courtyard is wheelchair accessible.
How this event will run: This event is optional and students can arrive any time between 12pm and 4pm. Residence Life Assistants will be there to meet students, hand out free drinks and snacks and talk to them about life at Montague Burton. You can leave the event at any point.
Movie Night
Tuesday 23rd September 6pm - 8pm

How the event will run: This is an optional event and tickets are not required. You can join at anytime during the movie and leave at any time.
Mandatory Warden Welcome Talk & Burgers at Monty B!
Thursday 25th September 6pm onwards
Conference Auditorium 1
Mandatory Talk followed by free burgers.
There is wheelchair access into this room via vertical platform lift. Entry is to the front of the auditorium and there are four waiting spaces for wheelchairs with swing-out, height adjustable resting surfaces. Seating is tiered and fixed and there are no arm rests on the chairs. Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor of the building to the right of the entrance.
How the event will run: This talk from your Residence Life Warden involves a presentation for approximately an hour which explains important information about living in residences, support and opportunities. This will be followed by free burgers back at Montague Burton courtyard. This talk is mandatory for all residents.

How this event will run: This is an optional event and tickets are not required. Free coffee will be distributed from 8am. You will have an opportunity to meet and socialise with the students living in Montague Burton.
