Pizza Night
Saturday 13th September from 6pm

Free pizza for attendees!
The common area at Royal Park Flats is wheelchair accessible. There is also an accessible toilet in the common room.
How this event will run: Students will be able to come to the common area and collect some free pizza slices, and chat to each other. The pizzas will include vegetarian, vegan, meat and gluten-free options. The event starts are 6pm and food will be served first come, first served. This is an optional event and students can leave at any time.
Royal Park Flats Doodle & Chat Workshop

Join a chill drawing session to meet new people at your residence!
Entry to the venue: There is a ramp to enter Leeds University Union and the lift outside the Refectory will take you to the meeting room floor (2). Room 6 is at the end of the corridor.
Accessible toilet: Located inside Leeds University Union in the foyer area, near to the Refectory.
How the event will run: You will be given drawing (doodle) materials. This is an opportunity to get to know other students at your residence. This is an optional event where you can arrive and leave at anytime during the event.
Mandatory Royal Park Flats Welcome Talk
Monday 29th September 6pm - 7.30pm
Pyramid Theatre, Leeds University Union
Welcome talk followed by free food for attendees!
Entry to the venue: There is step-free access to the Pyramid Theatre. There are two lift options to reach the first basement floor (near Co-op supermarket).
Lift 1 can be found opposite The Refectory. This lift goes to floor -1. From there, the next lift is located at the end of the corridor, past the food vendors, Co-op and the Scarlet and Mango studios. This lift can them be used to get to the Pyramid Canteen (floor -2) and Pyramid Theatre (floor -3).
Lift 2 can be found through the doors to the left of the main Terrace entrance and then by turning right once you are through those doors. From there the next lift is located at the end of the corridor, past the food vendors, Co-op, Scarlet and Mango studios. This lift can then be used to get to the Pyramid Canteen (floor -2) ad Pyramid Theatre (floor -3).
Accessible toilets: located at the back right hand side of the Pyramid Canteen, on the upper level. This can be accessed via a ramp. There is no toilet available in the theatre.
How the event will run: This talk from your Residence Life Warden involves a presentation for approximately an hour, which explains important information about living in residences, support and information. This will be followed by free food and drinks in Pyramid Canteen.
